NEPHROTIC SYNDROME

Nephrotic syndrome is a kidney disorder that causes your body to pass too much protein in your urine. Nephrotic syndrome is usually caused by damage to the clusters of small blood vessels in your kidneys that filter waste and excess water from your blood. Excessive proteinuria from the blood into the urine leads to the accumulation of fluid in the body resulting in swelling on the face, around the eyes and in the feet and ankles. It may also lead to foamy urine and weight gain due to excess fluid retention.

Homeopathic treatment has a well-defined and promising role to play in various stages of Nephrotic Syndrome. The selection of remedy depends upon the extent of the disease. We focus on maintaining the urine output and hence, decreasing the proteins and its by products in the blood. This will improve kidney function.
